There are people that may disagree with me, and say as long as you are in love you can definitely get married, but that is not enough. I think one should at least be at an age where you have completed school, have a job or a certain skill that would enable you to support yourself financially. If the man you are marrying is filthy rich, well that is another story, however it won’t hurt to have something of your own, too.

So, yes when the timing is right and you have the right man in front of you… I would say, go for it.

When you get married, you literally give up the me for the we, the I for Us. You can’t just come in and go as you please, you can’t just make all the decisions anymore, and when you add children in the picture, life will definitely take a turn. Things will change and so is your relationship with your spouse. No one taught me how to balance the whole time/relationship thing…but i can tell you this, with the right man by your side and it being the right time for both of you, all the ups and downs, the shakeups and good times will all be lived through and you emerge a stronger and happier couple.
