So, if you never experienced the winter weather in your life, and had to travel abroad like myself here to experience this…then my dear either stay the heck away from this 10 cities, or go there for a day or a week and live it then make your decision.
I can tell you right now, i will stop complaining about our upto 7 inches of snow here in Kansas City.
