I am sitting here, can barely keep my eyes open. My head hurts, my body hurts, and all i want is sleep.  The boys are sleeping right now, Thank God! lol. I spent the whole day with them, and it was really good. Eli didn’t want me to put him down, and he didn’t want me to hold julian either, oh boy talk about mommy’s attention. I don’t blame them, seeing mommy around calls for attention, and talk about all sorts of fun.

For the working parents, you can relate here… See i don’t get to spend a lot of time with Julian during the week, so i try to make it up on weekends. By Friday, am usually so full of guilt… Yeah , i know i shouldn’t do this but i do. Eli takes so much of mommy’s attention, so what i am working on, is finding more ways to get Julian involved. There are moments i just find him staring at me with Eli and he gives me that little smile. Eli is getting at an age where he screams for julian and is wanting to play with him. Julian is warming up to play too, and today was really great for the three of us.

This morning started with julian wanting to bake a cake with mommy. We baked a white cake with creamy vanilla topping, and he loved it! We got some floor time, played with blocks and letters , we read some books, and took a little ride around the town in the evening. I left my camera at home, and i was upset with myself  about that. I mean it is fall, and it is gorgeous outside! We drove down on searcy creek parkway and honestly, it felt like a scene in a movie, absolutely beautiful! The leaves on the trees were  a representation of Fall- every color you can think of that just  speaks of Autumn- was on the trees on NE Searcy Creek Pkwy.  Even Julian was amazed, he was pointing out the window, saying wow momma, look that one is yellow, that one is red, lol.  So tomorrow on our way from church we will drive down there and take some photos and will have my husband shoot a mini video as well.

I better go to sleep, we are planning on going to the 9 am service.
